SHIPPING
FREE DELIVERY IN THE UK (other options available - see below).
DISPATCH TIME: ALL ITEMS ARE CURRENTLY BEING MADE AND POSTED WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS OF ORDERING AND WILL BE SENT TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS GIVEN AT THE TIME OF ORDERING.
UK free delivery is 2nd class standard (or occasionally upgraded to recorded at no extra charge if the order cost is high). They are posted using Royal Mail.
Also options to upgrade to first class or next working day (after dispatch date) both Royal Mail. The options are at checkout.
For overseas customers I post using standard Air Mail with Royal Mail or Parcelforce, and this takes up to 10 working days after posting. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, taxes etc. imposed by the buyer's country's government if applicable.

It is my policy to refund customers whose parcels have gone missing in the post. However, it may take a few weeks to determine that the parcel is actually lost.
PAYMENTS
Payments can be made using Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Maestro and PAYPAL. All of these payments are processed through Paypal as it is considered to be very secure and has an excellent reputation. You do not need to have your own Paypal account to pay on your card. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION IS NOT STORED OR HANDLED ON THE SPOTTYPIGGIFTS.CO.UK WEBSITE
Terms & Conditions
Personalised items (any item that is ordered to specific requirements, eg made to a certain size, personalised with photos, names etc), cannot be refunded unless they are faulty.
If an item is faulty please make sure you inform me within 7 days of receiving it. To do this please send a message via the 'Contact Us' page. We can then either arrange to rectify the problem or if that is not possible then a refund on return will be issued once it has been confirmed to be faulty.
